Sample Submission Guide

Follow these guidelines to prepare, package, and send your compounds for fast, accurate chromatographic testing.

1. Sample Quantities

Minimum requirements per test package:

Raw Powders: 10–20 mg (small micro-spatula tip)
Finished Oils: 0.5 mL to 1.0 mL
Peptides: 1 intact vial
Tablets/Pills: 2–3 whole units

2. Packaging & Leak Protection

Proper containment avoids transit loss:

Place powders in airtight microcentrifuge tubes or amber vials.
Seal liquid caps with parafilm or electrical tape.
Double-bag sample inside two heavy-duty zip-lock bags.
Wrap in protective bubble wrap before placing in padded mailer.

3. Shipping & Tracking

Mail instructions:

Use standard national postal services with tracking numbers.
Declare as "Analytical Laboratory Reference Sample" or "Organic Pigment".
Retain your tracking code to monitor arrival.
